Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
My Screen Repair is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including visitors with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve this site as we maintain it. If anything on our screen repair and re-screening pages is difficult for you to use, we want to hear about it.
Standards we aim for
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological disabilities.
What we support
This site supports keyboard navigation, so the free estimate form and every link and button can be reached and operated without a mouse. It is tested for compatibility with common screen readers, including NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver, and we check text contrast, focus visibility and tap target sizes on phones as part of that work. You can also reach the areas we service and our frequently asked questions using the keyboard alone.
Reporting a barrier
If you run into an accessibility barrier on this site, or you need help requesting an estimate in another way, contact us and we will assist you directly:
Phone: (863) 888-2518
Email: myscreenrep@gmail.com
We aim to respond as quickly as we can, and you will receive a response within five business days.
Third party content
Some content on this site is provided by third parties — for example the embedded Google map and any review content published on our Google Business Profile. We have limited control over these elements, and they may not fully conform to the same accessibility standards. If a third party element is blocking you, contact us and we will provide the same information another way.
Ongoing work
Accessibility work on this site is continuing and we do not claim that every page is free of barriers. Your feedback helps us prioritise fixes. Our privacy policy explains how we use the contact details you send us.
