What we collect

When you submit the free screen repair estimate form, we collect the first name, last name, email address, phone number and preferred contact method you enter. We also record the date and time of the submission, the page address you submitted from, and — when present in the link you arrived through — standard advertising parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and the Google Click ID). These parameters tell us which advertisement or link brought you here.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your estimate or contact request and to discuss the screen repair, re-screening or pressure washing services you asked about. We contact you using the method you selected whenever possible.

How your submission is handled

Submissions from this page are delivered to My Screen Repair by email at myscreenrep@gmail.com. This website does not store your submission in a customer database. Your information remains in our email inbox and in the systems that deliver that email, as any email you send us would.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers needed to deliver and host the email notification, and with anyone at My Screen Repair who is handling your request.

Advertising and analytics

Our Lakeland screen repair estimate page may be used as a destination for Google Ads campaigns. Advertising parameters in the link you clicked are recorded with your submission so we know which campaign it came from. Any advertising or analytics tools added to this site are subject to their own providers' privacy policies.

Embedded content

Our Central Florida service area page section embeds a Google Maps map showing our Lakeland location. Google may collect information about your interaction with that embedded map. Our accessibility statement explains how to reach us if an embedded element is difficult for you to use.
